These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aidares Care website at www.aidares.com and the information published on it. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These Terms relate to use of our website and online features. Regulated home care and clinical services are provided under separate assessments, care plans, contracts, or commissioning arrangements.
Aidares Care is a CQC-registered home care provider delivering regulated personal care and Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (clinical care) in the community. We also provide Online Health Clinics and publish information about our services, values, and regulatory status. Further information is available on our CQC & Compliance page.
Content on this website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a care recommendation. You should seek appropriate professional advice for any health or care decision.
We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or free from errors. Service availability, eligibility, staffing, and care arrangements depend on assessment outcomes, geography, funding, and clinical suitability.
Submitting a contact form, Refer a client, or booking request does not create a duty of care or guarantee that services will be provided. All care starts following appropriate assessment, agreement, and (where applicable) funding or commissioning confirmation.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to provide it, especially where you refer another person for care.
Online clinic appointments may be delivered through third-party booking technology. Appointment availability, clinical suitability, fees (if any), and cancellation rules will be explained at the point of booking or in separate clinic terms where provided.
Online consultations may not be appropriate for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent medical help in England, you can also use NHS 111.
